A silver lining: Cohen said Trump would never produce an IRS Audit notice

If Trump doesn't go to prison for TRussia related crimes, there is one silver lining.

IRS is probably crazy not to have ever audited Trump, et al. But Cohen said yesterday, that Trump could never produce the IRS audit notice. So, say he hasn't been audited...

Based on his funky mismatched real estate valuations mentioned yesterday - he's probably totally guilty of multiple tax evasions.

If he isn't in the cell next to Mike, he will probably owe ZILLIONS in back taxes. He will be broke or bankrupt ! And hated by millions.

partisan in nature, i.e., they are dedicated federal workers, non political in nature), and I bet you that they already are looking into this. Why not? If not a human person that is looking at the returns, they are programs that are comparing the deduction totals against standard values and kicking out/raising flags on questionable deductions.

would certainly think that a $10mm refund would have been noticed (Cohen mentioned yesterday). And, for sure they noticed the NYT expose on his father's shenanigans.

Then you also have to factor in how good trump WAS at hiding negative PR. Netflix has an excellent, 4 part documentary on Trump. Takes you from the very beginning to now. He was an ace at getting tax abatements. Like his first project on a NYC hotel was for 40 years !! Must have been a lot of bribes for that.

Totally agree on federal workers. They and the "government" get a horrible rap. I worked in DC and the federal workers are dedicated, serious, and diligent. And, unlike other places, their computer systems were lightning fast and up all the time.
Millions get social security check deposits like clockwork. Fed Ex loses my packages and USPS never has.

ever made. He automatically reduced the pool of people who ever stay in his hotels in half (at least). Ivanka's clothing line went under. And if Mueller proves he's a traitor...yikes.

He looked so sad this morning. Canceled his Un lunch? So disappointed he didn't get some glory. If it was me, I would have planned a trip to see the troops - or gone to some religious shrine somewhere. Not to see a dictator who killed his brother, in a country he refused to defend in the draft.
