I wonder if the internetz haven't damaged that model where any Tom, Dick, or Mary (kidding!) could publish an article and deprive the outlet of primality.

And I would never put Laurence Tribe in a group of anybodies. He's a national treasure.

I wouldn't knock a window into progressive politics like that. What do you even gain? It's an aggregator and does it well.

Oh, what he could have accomplished with that platform and position........

But "No" - we must NOT try to truly balance the radical rightists who dominate the bench now.
That might upset our "partners" across the aisle.
Instead, we have to be content begging for scrap (vote)s from Roberts.

We MUST do better.
