they're implicated, compromised. If Trump goes down (and he will) they all go down with the Trumpster Titanic. They're the musicians on the deck playing desperately as the icy water swirls around their ankles. They're keeping their chins up, pretending none of this is happening. But it is happening, getting worse every frigging day. They don't want to hear testimony regarding Trump's criminal activity because it echoes their own criminal liability.

The Republican Party is committing suicide as we watch. There's really no way out because they sealed their fate the moment they lashed themselves to the Trumpster and his garbage campaign. That's what winning at all costs brings you--a huge, damaging liability when the entertainment is finally done.
