vanity post My life-long Democratic Grandma turns 96 today!!!!

She still lives at home alone. Sharp as a tack and hates Trump's guts!

Voted for Obama twice, but was deathly afraid he was going to be assassinated.

She was a poll-worker for many, many decades in a deep Red area (AZ).

I feel so lucky to still have her in my life.

To be honest, I cannot imagine my life without her.

That is wonderful. If I am alive at that age, I hope I am still living in my own home.

My mom just turned ninety. We had a birthday party for her at church. She and my dad were Democratic election judges for forty-nine years. My mom stopped doing that when my dad got dementia and she could not leave him alone for all the hours it takes to be an election judge.
