Speculation and discussion on a message board will not result in a guilty or innocent verdict. Either assumption presumes a degree of bias.

And it allows the public to make up their own minds based on evidence not on lawyers' statements, statements by defendants who while being presumed innocent may in fact be guilty (again, how do we know before we hear the evidence?), and PR campaigns by the likes of presumed innocent roger stone, etc.

Dershowitz taught criminal law. He would know the girl had a great chance of talking. There would have been witnesses. The evidence is a single uncorroborated claim later withdrawn. No one else has ever said anything like this about Dershowitz. It is very unlikely. Making charges which are likely false reduces the impact of charges which are likely true. Accusing Dershowitz is a dumb move.

No. If we traffic in baseless conspiracy theories then we undercut our own arguments that conservatives are lunatics. To preserve our credibility we should be reluctant to make similar baseless claims. Lawyers know about hidden cameras, hidden sound recorders, undercover informants. They know underage girls often talk. They are cautious. They do not in general say things or do things which might send them to jail. Hillary Clinton knows that serial killers often get caught. That alone should make conservatives understand she is not likely a serial killer. Alan Dershowitz knows having sex with underage people often leads to prison. The odds a criminal law professor would do something with maybe a one third chance of sending him to jail are pretty much zero. It didn’t happen.
