Precedent for Shitgibbon's possible Pardons

Poppy Bush basically pardoned everyone in the chain of command involved in the Iran/Contra scandal. The last one, for old Casper W (December/92), made sure Bush's role in Iran/Contra never made it into a trial.

The end result. Poppy Bush is remembered as a national hero.

My guess is Shitler's henchmen are showing pie graphs and one page memos to him to show that if he pardons everybody, nothing will happen.

Because that's what happened in the past.
