File a complaint with the courts over Judge Ellis' conduct.

He should be removed from the bench and disbarred. There is no doubt he have preferential treatment of Manafort the entire time.

can mueller appeal? can this idiot judge be overturned and quickly?

Appeals only usually work for not following the legal process correctly in trial. I'm not aware of sentences being overturned because the Judge sucks.
