Regarding HR1 and the Democratic vision...

I believe the Democratic National Committee should begin airing occasional advertising spots on Faux News publicizing this "For the People" bill. They should run the spots on the highest rated shows. At least these Fox viewers would become aware of the legislation Dems are attempting to pass. Otherwise they probably have no idea about this bill and the positive way it would affect them. I noticed in the 2018 elections, several conservative super pacs were paying for advertisements on Rachel Maddow and Lawrence's shows. HR1 is such a sweeping overhaul that would help middle class Americans that I hope they will publicize it. McConnell doesn't bring up votes because he can get away with that. But if there was enough public pressure placed on conservative senators by their constituents, maybe that strategy wouldn't work so well.
