Albatross!...
...John Cleese exclaiming 'Albratross!' is what I hear and the associated metaphor is what I think of, when I look to the future with DJT running for a 2nd term after having co-opted the former GOP into his own personal political party. He will be the albatross that brings disaster to the GOP (in my humble expectations).
An albatross is a central emblem in The Rime of the Ancient Mariner by Samuel Taylor Coleridge;... The albatross metaphor is derived from the Coleridge poem; someone bearing a burden or facing an obstacle is said to have "an albatross around his neck", the punishment given in the poem to the mariner who killed the albatross.

Therefore, I plan on telling any RWNJ's I run into that I view prognostications of the impeachment of DJT in the near future as a potential waste of a good 'Albatross'! around the collective (former) GOP's neck. They own him, or more to the point he owns them, lock-stock-and-barrel.
