In some of cases others on the podium have also been found to have been dopers... So...?

1. No legitimate winner IMO... Regardless of the doping allegations, true or not....

Of those on the podiums, it looks like only a couple haven't had some cloud over them at some time. Maybe it'd be better just to say "no winners" (after all, you can't say how teams would have played their tactics with the suspected cheats removed).
