I'll file a claim. This breach in particular took a crap ton of my time for reasons I won't go into. I'll have my husband file one too. Both of our identities were compromised by these assholes and at the same time by the IRS, if you can believe that. I won't hold my breath waiting for the monetary settlement from the IRS, however.
