Felicity Huffman awoke to FBI agents with guns drawn at her L.A. home

When Felicity Huffman opened the door to her Los Angeles home at 6 a.m. Tuesday, she was met by FBI agents with their guns drawn, according a source familiar with the incident.

The agents informed her of the charges in a sweeping college admissions fraud case and handcuffed her, the source said. Huffman spent hours in federal custody at a detention center in downtown Los Angeles.

On Tuesday afternoon, Huffman made a brief court appearance. She answered “yes” to several question from the federal magistrate, including whether she understood the charges against her. She was seated in a glassed-off area with several other defendants. Her husband, actor William H. Macy, sat in court as the magistrate ordered her free on $250,000 bail.

She is expected to appear in a Boston courtroom on March 9 to address the charges.

...that he was being treated like Osama bin Laden or El Chapo when they did the same to him.

Turns out that's just how agents do it.

But for fucks sake, she's led a life of complete privilege and it still wasn't enough, she had to cheat the system and then claim it as a charitable donation so she would save on taxes.

Screw her. Really.

Private and elites colleges are one way that the privileged class maintain their economic status for family members. If you go by many of the medical schools and law schools around the country, you will see that many of the students drive much nicer cars than the professors.

I mean, cheating a presidential election will only land you 47 months in the slam. Lying to get your dumbass wastrel kid into a good school is like, what, a fine?

Taking cover behind a vehicle, Pittsburgh police detective Carla Kearns thought she could save FBI agent Samuel Hicks.

They were outside a home in Indiana Township that morning in 2008, trying to serve a drug warrant, when Agent Hicks — the first through the door behind a battering ram — was shot by someone inside.

The 33-year-old FBI agent was bleeding profusely, unconscious, with no pulse and no respiration. But Detective Kearns, a former paramedic, hung onto hope as she performed CPR — if she could just get him to a hospital.

She rode in the ambulance and followed Agent Hicks into the emergency room, where a medical team waited. There, the team discovered the bullet had severed Agent Hicks’ aorta. He was gone.
