Shooting near the Empire State Building

As many as four people have been shot near the Empire State building in Midtown.

The shooting happened at Fifth Avenue and West 34th Street around 9:00 a.m.

4 people shot, taken to hospitals. Perp is shot by police. They are making sure perp was alone.

hmmmm...isn't shooting up the place w/2 dead and 10 injured an act of terror by definition?
