Regarding white collar crime, I see 2 things in common

LLC's ( the multiples per person scammy ones)

Scam Charities
Congress needs to legislate these out of existence, or at least regulate them and limit them

1. Many small businesses are LLCs.

There are over two million of them in the US. Getting rid of them would do little to deter white collar crime. The criminals would just create other types of corporations instead.

And it's how a lot of members here do business.

LLC is a good idea.

Small businesses have enough trouble competing with giant corporations, there's no reason they should be denied the benefits of incorporation.

afforded to corporations writ large. LLCs are a much lesser worry.
