It means between now and the trial he better be on his best behavior of else she'll place him in jail. Would have liked him going there , but they may have been trying to do this for publicity , and for PR.

....mouth and not being able to say anything about the case....
That will be torture to him and the temptation and lack of self control impossible to fight back the uncontrollable urge to tweet, post or comment.....
He will be in jail before his Nov. 5 trial date.....
I give him a month max.....
