he won't. Even if it passed in both houses it's not binding. But, I think it was worth doing to get it on the news. It doesn't make trump look good and it could put a little pressure on Barr.

that will be dealing with a far reaching investigation ... and they're not going to want that report hidden. They won't want to have this investigation used as precedent to hide conclusions (or details) of that future investigation.
