Beware the Ides of March.

They say history repeats itself. The Ides of March happens to fall on "News Dump Friday" this year.

The Ides of March is a day on the Roman calendar that corresponds to 15 March. It was notable for the Romans as a deadline for settling debts. In 44 BC, it became notorious as the date Julius Caesar was murdered by a group of senators. They were led by Marcus Brutus, who had previously been a close friend of Caesar.


I'm not saying he will be assassinated literally, but there are plenty of scandals swirling around the president, and it would only take a handful of Senators and/or a "close friend" to make the Ides of March 2019 a significant turning point again, 2063 years later.
