Those are the real killers. Those people don't even come and spend money in the cities where they own property.

I make every effort I can to spend money locally when I'm there. I don't think places that actually get used by owners are the real problem.

are not the same as luxury towers in the middle of the city for use by the super rich a couple times a year. And a big part of the owners are foriegn nationals laundering their money.

Asses these second and third homes as Recreational which carries the highest possible Taxing Mill-rate allowed. Other states will not allow any Taxable write downs associated with non primary Residential Property.
