That Canadian guy is a fascist? He does look sorta German. Although as a German (mostly) myself, I hate to conflate German's with fascists.

I burst out laughing when he said that "Romney is a centrist and Obama is a liberal, there's no conservative represented. Which is actually rather a shame."

Ceeripes though. How far to the right do you have to be to see this pair as a couple of leftists-centrists?

I'd say just the opposite. That Obama could almost run for the Republicans. In my view, he is not that much different than Bush Sr.

I gotta stop there. I am afraid I will just get dumber if I listen to more of that crap. Dude calls the creation of 4 million jobs - pure propaganda, but is all enamored by the prospect of supply-sode tax cuts and austerity from Romney. Whose unprecedented proposals for tax breaks, of course, make him a mere centrist.

Those other two and the host had no clue. Your arguments had substance and I loved when you pointed out the hypocrisy coming from the other side when talking about distractions.

was the last thing they expected. Not much attention has been paid to Romney's horrific performance as Governor. Sure, his health care plan has been talked about, but the fact that his was essentially a failed administration in Massachusetts has not been talked about. Then hitting with all of the positive statistics I think was much more than either of them expected to have to talk about.

I didn't care much for that British guy. I have no problem with foreigners taking an interest in U.S. policy, but don't go on a show like that, and say you don't care about the Presidential race because that was a straight up lie. If he truly didn't care he shouldn't have involved in that debate, and should've stayed out of our business. Also he said Obama went to a racist church for many years. Ignoring the fact that Romney went to a church that didn't allow black people in until the late 70s. One thing as disagree with you on though. Is that after we reform the tax code for 40 years to make it more fair. A flat tax would be okay. A flat tax is a wet dream for the super wealthy. A flat tax is never a good idea. Also his saying all the media is liberal was bogus, and then he went on to basically imply that Republicans should be able to raise money without limits, and that Democrats should tie their hands behind their back.

To me, it seems that President Obama does have a coherent foreign policy, and that policy is "self determination".

No, he didn't force the US' ideal end-state on Egypt or Libya or Tunisia, etc. He allowed the peoples in those places to elect whom they wanted. That's very hard to swallow for American Exceptionalism types, but in fact it is the most American way you can be. To wit:

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."
