shutting down a teapublican while making calls the other night

We were doing identity calls the other night. The sheet said 21 year old male.

I did the usual intro - including that she and hubby own a small business. The young man asked what party she was. I said "Democrat."
He responded that he was surprised to hear that a democrat was a business owner since 'they are so anti-business.'
He hit a hot button with me. I am so tired of these fucking myths that Repubs have been spreading for decades.
So I simply said "I would argue that with you, but that is not the purpose of my call. Thanks for your time."
"No" he said, "I'd really love to hear what you have to say that could show me that Democrats aren't anti-business."
"OK" i said, "You ain't going to like it." "He said "I amsure I can shoot down everything you have to say."

Me: What is the stock market today?
Him: Highest close in almost a decade.
Me: What was it when Obama came into office? What was it when Bush came into office and when he left. What was it when Clinton came in and when he left?
Him: You son of a bitch those are lies.
Me: Hold on I have lots more
him: You mother fucker. Call me up to start an argument Fuck your candidate.
Me: I am sorry, but you asked me to bring this up.

think I lost his vote.
BTW their business is really starting to take off in only its first year.
