Back in 2008 the RNC put up a page that was called the Joe Biden Gaffe watch.
Everytime Joe made a "gaffe" they would mark it on that page.
Too bad for them, Joe stayed on script during the campaign season, and I don't remember Joe misspeaking during that time.
Oh he did make an unfortunate comment to a man in a wheelchair to stand up, NOT knowing the man was in a wheelchair as he was seated among the crowd, everyone was seated - and the gopers had a field day with that. But that was pretty much it.
Now I will say that I don't give a crap when Joe does go off script. I love Joe just the way he is.
That said ~
It's payback time.
It seems like every single day Mitt makes some idiotic gaffe.
I would love it if the DNC did something similar for Mitt. After his embarrassing comments on his European Vacation, and what he said today about his birth certificate... it's time.
C'Mon DNC - Let's highlight what a gaffe machine Mitt Romney is.
It's way past time the title of gaffe machine is taken from Joe and awarded to it's rightful owner, Mitt.

(13,390 posts)Just straighten the facts. Joe had met the state senator who was a wheelchair user. very few people in that crowd (where I stood among the majority) were seated. He was among VIPs seated near the front.
It was a gaffe. He was going with the flow of calling out names of elected officials and screwed up.
It was not a malicious gaffe it was a simple mistake that took on a life of it's own.
I see nothing wrong with keeping track of anyone's gaffes. Joe's are harmless and work to reveal his authentic humble nature.
What Mitt just did was no gaffe. It appealed to the hateful elements in the GOP and his clumsy campaign knows it.
