Can someone explain exactly what Mueller's job entails?

I'm confused as to whether he was hired to submit the report and then wash his hands of the investigation

or

according to Seth Abramson's tweet, it sounds as if he will continue investigating? If he continues, is he to submit a report update?

But not as fast as my faith in the dems. We are constantly out maneuvered.

Today the dems moved to prevent primary challenges. Why. The mueller info and INEPT dems that have not had the balls to fight fire with fire.

We are in trouble and stand to lose many voters that thought the dems would fix this problem.
