The vermin (Don jr./Eric/Invanka) are fair game since they work in the Whitehouse.

5. 2016 Frontline documentary on Hillary and Trump, "The Choice"

Several aspects were most memorable and one of them was a guy who has known Trump since childhood. He said Trump learned that if you tell a lie often enough it eventually becomes the truth.

I rewound that section several times. I wanted to believe the tactic wouldn't succeed at presidential level but this was already September and plenty of evidence it was happening.

Bottom line, not enough people are going to fully believe the worst about Trump. We need to nominate someone with charisma and the ability to deflect attacks. Otherwise they will stick and the result won't make sense again.

6. 2016 and impact of Benghazi

I knew the Benghazi attack was effective when my Trump loving aunt blurted it out to me in fall 2016. She never knows a damn thing about issues. But they had drilled it into her.

I asked her if she knew where Benghazi was on a map. Nope. I asked her if she knew any of the Benghazi details. Nope. She kept repeating the same thing, "Gary, those families might sue Hillary about Benghazi."

She looked at me with glaring eyes as if I were supposed to surrender to her argument. Oh, a threatened lawsuit. That changes everything. I laughed and told her a lawsuit would be laughed at and thrown out of court. She dismissed that and walked away.

Anyone who knows Republicans will have similar examples to that.
