I heard earlier today on MSNBC that both of them have a reason to be worried about obstruction and this may explain why Rosenstein is going along with Barr.

the "No comment" from the Special Council when asked what he thought about Barr's actions. I read that on DU earlier.

Nixon's AG John Mitchell went to prison for obstruction of justice, among other things, as part of the Watergate investigation. But those were different days.
