Killing the ACA all at once would be more disruptive than a hard Brexit






Health care is 18% of GDP. The government and private health insurance markets would be thrown into chaos. It would be like eliminating the interstate highway system. Every consumer of health care would be adversely affected whether they get their health care through Medicare, Medicaid, individual insurance, or employee based insurance.

This is our hill to die on.

If Roberts flipped it would politicize SCOTUS and discredit them too, not as if it hasn't been politicized for years. SCOTUS would be seen as an auxiliary of the major parties.

designed to change the narrative away from releasing the Mueller report.

How is Trump going to abolish a law? Republicans have picked away at Obamacare to try to make it fail but Trump has no power to eliminate a law.

I see the law suit. I thought this was just another attempt to change the narrative away from the Mueller report, but it is real.
