(12,682 posts)All those "perfectly healthy" GOP politicians, money managers, and lobbyists whistling as they use their credit cards on junkets, hookers, drinks, and blow - all paid for by taxpayers and the poor and working "citizens" who have to go without a paycheck to afford doctor's visits or any medication stronger than what they can find in the check-out aisle at a local dollar store.

I had just an average Joe type job in the medical field working for a blood center. I sure as shit wanted to keep working. That wasn't going to happen if people couldn't be seen by doctors, and end up getting the surgeries they needed or elected to have. I could probably come up with a pretty good estimate of just how much of my income was courtesy of the taxpayers, so I definitely didn't want to see Medicare and Medicaid cut.
Lots of guys like me, nurses and other medical staff should be looking at it the same way. Some of them that wish to do away with "Obamacare" are out of their minds.
