Are there any branches of the US government that are still functioning?

Not the Executive Branch... totally corrupted.

Not the Judicial Branch...courts are becoming more biased every day that Trump is in office.

Maybe the Legislative Branch...

The free press is our best bet for getting at the truth; as long as we still have a free press.

Not all of the court system has gone bad; Trump has lost more than 90% of the deregulation cases that have been litigated. https://www.cnbc.com/2019/01/24/trump-has-lost-more-than-90-percent-of-deregulation-court-battles.html And we still have the House.
