The Intelligence Committee is at the apex of the govt security pyramid.

They are trusted with America's deepest secrets, with even the CIA reporting to them. I don't believe there's been a breach yet.

The IC is above Attorney General by at least a couple layers. The AG heads the Justice Department and is privy to information from those under his purview. But from the lowest field agent to the department administrators and prosecutors, I would think no one is allowed to withhold information from their superiors or from the Intelligence Committee.

Do I have that right? If so, this shouldn't go well for Barr.
