Question is: Do we want to be civilized or not?

Put me down for 'civilized'.

2 of those nays support an on/off switch on civilization, while the third says we don't want/need civilization for anything.

Scary, huh?

To quote Sarah Palin, "you betcha!" Made me sick. Please spread that around, madamesilverspurs. We need to educate people as to what we are up against.

No, I'm not pro castration. But by his rationale it ought to be on the table.

It doesn't matter how it got its start.

And he will assure you that the fact he wants to treat the fetuses as human beings has nothing to do with the fact that doing so creates hardship and oppression for women.

And if it does, apparently we're doing it wrong, because that's God's will, and God would never oppress women.

Never mind that God seems to be fulfilling some kind of unconscious motive.
