...ridiculously immature, petty, vengeful, spiteful and thin-skinned that EVEN IF he were competent enough to do the job of POTUS, he is unfit for it.
While he was running, I said that he would never get anything done, because he would be spending ALL his time responding to every single slight or insult, no matter how trivial. That is exactly what he does. No ability to "rise above the fray."

(17,984 posts)Though it's tough to imagine the natural processes of putrefaction working on someone whose body is loaded with preservatives from junk food. Maybe he can lay in state like Lenin, and anyone who wants can come by and shit all over him. I would pay good money for that privilege!

(160,545 posts)This is painfully stupid, and sub-childish.
They have an additional shirt:
So very sad having someone so diseased, disturbed, and incapacitated actually sitting anywhere in the White House. He's the last person in the world who should be there. The Republican leadership should all be sued for protecting this criminal, even lying their nasty @$$es off to defend him.

(4,305 posts)Remember how the word "Yankee" started out as a jeer by the British because they could so easily yank the hair of American colonists? And they made up a derisive song. The Americans co-opted that word and turned the derisive song into a marching song. Maybe there could be pencil neckties (or bowties?). And pencils are very useful for dealing with actual facts and figures, are they not? Adam Schiff is fairly slim, and he does hold himself very erect, doesn't he? Maybe we could have pencils with Adam Schiff's picture. And there are pencil stripes, right? Maybe we could do something with that.

(326 posts)would make fun of Schiffs perfectly normal neck, when he has a gigantic turkey neck hanging over his dress shirt.

(37,648 posts)Cartoons are published every day presenting Trump in "undermining" ways.
They're public figures. There's a line. Like presenting someone as a drunk, or drug addict, or something that maligns his character. Carol Burnett won a lawsuit once against the National Enquirer for a story about her being an alcoholic. Few people win those because the celebrities are public figures. But that one maligned her character, which was especially hurtful and harmful, since her mother had been an alcoholic to the point that Carol was raised by her grandmother. Burnett was not, and never has been, an alcoholic. That's the type of thing you can't do.
But a silly picture of Schiff with a pencil neck and a clown face...I think that's legal. Just like it would be if Trump were pictured as Bozo the Clown.

(37,648 posts)There are many ideas for Trump t-shirts. I think there have been some in the past.
It doesn't mean anything...except that Trump is afraid of Schiff. He doesn't go after people who don't anger him or have enough power to affect him. He's pulling out the stops to get his minions to spread the word.
We're on the right side.

(26,044 posts)...please heed the advice of a couple of pundits on the left that I've read recently: Trump is trying to break the bonds of normal civility quite deliberately, with the intent of riling up his opponents so much that they stop thinking clearly and just react with blind anger, making it easier to target them as the "unhinged Democrats."
Schiff himself has shown the proper way to respond, as he replied by Republican attempts to remove him in a way that turned the argument around and directed it back at them. If you notice, AOC, as well, is exceptionally good at deflecting and deflating all the insults thrown her way, making her opponents look like fools. That is the proper way to respond to these attempts at provocation, not by letting them get to us.
