Lawlessness, anarchy and privileged belligerence have come to define Republican rule. Now they

are finding out that there are consequences to such behavior. They are discovering that having lost the house, they will be held to account. Held to account for that which they should have been doing in the regular course of their responsibilities as representatives of their states and the citizens they swore an oath to.

Somehow this organized group of bandits came to believe that all would continue FOREVER. They came to believe, as Adam Schiff so well described “...that it was ok” to do criminal disservice to America. They acted as if they could never loose their right to rule in perpetuity.

Subpoenas, hearings and trials are in the offing and it is popcorn time once again in America as we will be enthralled, engulfed, enraptured by these goings on. Trump’s head is likely to finally explode. McConnell will grow extra chins to shake with blustery indignation. Nunes will turn even redder in the face. Hannity will blame it all on Obama and Limbaugh will inhale his whole cigar in frustration. Why will all these things happen you ask? America is about to expose the republicans for what they have become.

No it won’t change the minds of deadenders and christly rightwingers who think trump is the messiah. But it doesn’t have to. We just have to engage and activate the vast majority of Americans who see these goings on and have sorta thought that it doesn’t matter all that much.

The first two years of the trump administration, for those of us who pay attention, has been an unmitigated abomination. We get it. Now the rest of the nation is about to get it. The fury with which the trumpanzes will rage and blather about what is to come will be a good gage as to how effective, and potentially affective, the hearings, subpoenas and trials are. Especially the trials held in the court of public opinion. That is where this all is really going to have impact.
