... he is being told that he might not have the votes to be re-elected.

That's the way it's looking, and scaring Spanky with that fact is the only leverage the GOP has in trying to rein-in his lunacy. "We can turn this around, but you have to listen to us."

he'll make an issue out of the ballot-counting and claim all kinds of voter fraud. Remember what Cohen said about him not leaving office if he loses in 2020.
