https://www.rawstory.com/2019/04/experts-horrified-trumps-demand-fed-inject-massive-amounts-money-economy/I personally think the Fed should drop rates, theyve really slowed us down, Trump told reporters before boarding Marine One. Theres no inflation. In terms of quantitative tightening, it should be quantitative easing.
Quantitative easing is a process in which the Fed buys financial assets to directly inject huge amounts of money into the economy. Its meant as a last resort for softening recessions, not a quick way to inflate jobs numbers for political gain. Trump is basically calling for the Fed to let inflation run wild.

He doesn't have the first clue about how anything works.
He started out willfully ignorant. Now he's rapidly becoming more engripped in either senile or Alzheimer's-type dementia, which compounds the problem. He doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about on any subject. He just says stuff. The media repeats it and hopes that we will (can) sort it all out.

Every day Trump thinks up new ways to burn down the house.
Thankfully, most days his hands are too small to light the matches.
