If we're damn sure what's being leaked isn't classified, shouldn't be classified, isn't a grand jury secret, and in any event doesn't compromise the chance of successful prosecutions, then yes, that's ok.

But any leak will be challenged, so I'd prefer to avoid that route until we've exhausted the others.

There will be no impeachment, no arrest, no prison, no traffic tickets, no fines, no disgraced resignation, No Nothing. We have at this point no rule of law hence no consequence or punishment.

i'm fully aware that even if there were solid evidence enough to convict donnie, he'd be able to delay it until out of office anyway at a minimum. then he'd get a doctor to write a note saying suddenly he's in such bad health he can't stand trial or go to prison but he has to play golf to stay alive.

but there are still a lot of other crooks who might get locked up eventually, including his kids.

and yes, other than the indictments mueller already has going, this will be from sdny or other jurisdictions. but screwing this up might compomise those efforts too.
