Why is he supporting AG Barr so strongly?
There was a time when he thought he was used by Trump as an excuse to fire James Comey.
Also, he was threatened several times. On one occasion, he was threatened by Republicans to be impeached if he did not hand over the documents they wanted. Trump obstructed him in his job - he thought he was going to be fired on more than one occasion.
Many Democrats thought he was the main force keeping the Mueller investigation alive.
But now, he comes out as a strong supporter of AG Barr and his conclusions that Donald Trump has not been involved in collusion or conspiracy or obstruction of justice?
It's a puzzle? Why did he change his mind about the investigation? When did he become such a strong defender of Donald Trump?

If one of them is useful today for one thing, then use them today only and for only that one thing.

I don't think he intentionally sabotaged Comey. He wrote up his memo about how he thought Hillary had been sabotaged and Trump used that as an excuse to fire Comey. That never made sense to me since Trump would never defend Hillary Clinton.
