This kind of just knocked me on the head...

I'm kind of stupid, so I just understood this now, and I'm sure it probably has been discussed here before.

I believe that one of Barr's redaction parameters is to redact anything that discusses individuals who have not been indicted so as to not provide any undue influence on their reputation? Do I have that right?

If that is the case, wouldn't that include Trump?
