Katie Porter: "I'm trained in tax law, I'm ready to go to take a look at those tax returns"

If you watch Lawrence O'Donnell's show, you're familiar with the clips he regularly shows of Ms. Porter on the job. She does her homework, she's smart as a whip, she does not mince words, and she doesn't play games. She cuts straight to the chase and is fearless and unrelenting.

Fox and Republicans may be conditioned to believe everyone in Congress is as stupid as Rep. Gohmert; but none of our Dems are anywhere as dumb as he is.

I remember the Repubs scrutinizing every line of Bill Clinton’s taxes, down to each pair of itemized underwear.

Trump’s taxes need to be checked thoroughly. His taxes might not indicate his money stashed in offshore accounts or his unethical Russian connections. Insurance fraud is a good enough reason to impeach and lock him up.
