Trump says French fighting Notre Dame fire wrong

Heard this on MSNBC.

Trump said the French are not fighting the fire correctly.
That they need to fly tanker planes over the cathedral to bomb it with water and fire retardant.

The Paris fire chief has responded, saying they are trying to save as much of Notre Dame as possible.
That it's interior is an old wooden foundation
and to do what Trump suggests would collapse the whole structure.

This is the same Trump who told California they'd have no forest fires if they would simply sweep the forest 'floor'.
