to tax credits for the ACA. I got only half back from what I normally did. This year I get more than double what I used to get. I did the taxes on my own for the first time in my life since my dad died two weeks ago suddenly and we had planned to do them together last week. Not only was I totally confused by the new forms and it took me 13 hours to complete them since I was crying the whole time over missing my wonderful father (I am still in shock and haven't showered in many days). I am afraid Mr. IRS is going to come to my door thinking that I tried to cheat him.

I hope Mr. IRS understands and doesn't fine me. I really tried to do it correctly but all the new stuff confused me.

Especially since it happened out of the blue. I feel like I was punched in my stomach.

My taxman said the same, his clients have been really angry. We got clobbered here in NY, and from what I hear from my friends in other blue states, so did they. Makes me so angry, I can't wait to see Trump and the GOP voted out.
