Among the ashes and smoking embers, a structure stands ready to rebuild. It's ours.

Seeing the devastating photographs of the interior of that historic cathedral, feeling the heavy loss of so many generations’ labor, conceived with so much grace and inspiration.

Notre Dame stands and will rebuild, and so will we. But first we have to stop the burning.

I honestly think this is a one on one hand to hand moment. All those awkward conversations that we never wanted to have telling ourselves that they’re too far gone and there’s no point trying to change their minds? That was OK when we didn’t know we were being completely burned to the ground. No longer.

Ps- not meant to minimize or disregard the heavy loss and challenge before France. A tout coeur.

How do you talk to far right people and keep the conversation from sinking into ego?

I’ve seen you do it

I would love to have a piece of Notre Dame even if it were only the ashes.
