A favorite meme of Republicans -- "There are two sets of rules: One for the Clintons, and one for everyone else."

Considering how they made up some rules to impeach President Clinton then changed them afterward; pulled all kinds of shenanigans and Congressional games to drag Secretary through hours of hearings over Benghazi then decided it's terrible to treat public servants that way; and they found it for the DOJ to come out and criticize her at length while stating there was no criminal case against her, but that can't be done to anyone else in the country.

Yes indeed, there is a special set of rules for the Clintons.
