If he's "happier than he's ever been" and "exonerated," why is he tweeting about impeachment?

I'm not going to post the tweet, but suffice it to say that his manner of questioning how he could possibly be impeached isn't in line with a guy who didn't do what Mueller says he did. I guess another taxpayer-funded 3 day golf weekend wasn't enough to keep him "happy."
