- Body Dysmorphic Disorder. Those afflicted with BDD are people of normal appearance, often quite attractive, who perceive themselves as hideously ugly.

There must be an equal and opposite disorder, in which losers like Trump think “they are all that,” and they are not - not even close.

I don't know how this guy looks in a mirror and doesn't see a hideous, fat, disgusting, old, rotting man. How he can see someone attractive and young is a sign of his mental illness.

...is such a diagnosis, but there certainly should be.

All I could find on line was “Reverse BDD.” Not very imaginative.
