John Bolton claims U.S. signed Kim's $2 million ransom demand for Otto Warmbier but never paid

Aaron Rupar
@atrupar

Wow -- John Bolton confirms US govt signed doc pledging to pay North Korea millions for Otto Warmbier's medical expenses, but says they never paid.

"So we signed a document fully intending not to honor it?" Chris Wallace asks.

"I don't know the circumstances," Bolton replies.

to mitigate when something is likely to be exposed is to have a surrogate tell half the truth.

so he doesn't care. Either way, it's awful....he either paid a ransom, or made a pledge with no intention of honoring it, letting all the other nations know that he "negotiates" in bad faith (if they still had any doubt).

Its more propaganda from trump and his corrupt minions. even then many of them lie under oath too. Maybe they left a paper or records trail t was paid. Maybe NK will expose him and trump.

But, Kim would still be picking bloody bits of it out of his stool under a legitimate administration led by HRC.

Putin's meeting.

This administration is corrupt. Mind you they were able to get Warmbier back to the USA wherein he at least died at home and hopefully knowing that his family was there with love and comfort. That was the upside.

Downside - more nuclear weapons . . .
