Developing story I guess. When it first was released, my op reflected the story.

I usually wait for a day or two before I put much faith in such reports.

I remember when the Murrah Building was bombed in '95 and initial reports were adamant it was the work of Muslims. No rationale for it; just made good copy I guess.

Unfortunately, the harm caused by "breaking news" has been amplified since, what with the internet and so many people willing to plunge right in to discussions about something they know next to nothing about.
