It's time for Progressives to drop high paid analysts and support real grassroots

Politicians ask millions of Americans to contribute to their campaigns. A large percentage of this money disproportionately goes to pay political analysts. It is not at all different than the capitalist structure where those who do the most work do not benefit equitably from their intellect or labor.

I have seen $10,000 invoices for analysts who know very little about what they are supposed to be researching. Imagine if that money was invested in grassroots efforts by spreading all those contributions in the neighborhoods whose votes one is seeking. Oh, no. They expect most of the volunteers to work for free as a few analysts make thousands.

Imagine if more were invested in Progressive rags who are struggling like Common Dreams, OpEdNews, Democratic Underground, Daily KOS, and others.
