Yeah, it looks disgusting, and for $18.50 it looks REALLY disgusting, but this is what they are all about.

In a perfect teapublican world the food booth next to that one would have offered a Coke included in the price, and the one next to that one would have offered the whole thing for $17.00 and the one next to that one would have offered it to them for $16.00, etc., etc, etc. Isn't that what their so called "competition" is all about?

Instead, they get this basket of crap for $18.50 and they're told to shut up and like it or get the hell out. Ahhhhh, I love the smell of capitalism.

Still, captive audience, high-demand event, relatively small metro area and hell, they didn't have to go, now did they?

Suck it up, GOP faithful.

That skybox above you, yeah...they're up there for *maybe* 3 hours this week; and they are certainly not eating burgers and fries.

Pssst...while they're up there, they are also looking down on you. Yes, not only from a physical standpoint, but from a socioeconomic standpoint too. And they're laughing. Laughing at how they've managed to create the belief that if they work hard enough, they too can be in those skyboxes above the riff raff.

Fools.

The whole lot of them.

"jm_dc" is Joshua Miller. He and Lauren Whittington are both reporters/editors for Roll Call. They are "RNC attendees" in that they are there to cover the convention for Roll Call. They'll probably be in Charlotte, too.

Just letting you know who they are.

As reporters, they should have been around enough to know that convention center food will be overpriced and of poor quality.

But not these asshats. They still believe that they are part of the 1%.

Maybe a very few of them are beginning to wake up and realize they are really part of "those people". Just like the "n----rs" the "sp--ks" and the "q---rs" that they like to look down on, they're just lambs bein led to the slaughter.

It would actually be funny if the rest of us weren't getting fucked along with them.

Having been at conferences every year, I suggest you drink the socialist tap water and find a nice buffet restaurant.
