Based on the Mueller report, Stephen Binhak, a former member of Ken Starr's Whitewater team, says there's enough evidence of impeachable conduct for Congress to launch proceedings against President Trump.

et al. trump, at any time, may decide his best survival bet might be an impeachment proceeding while 'cons still hold the Senate and give him a pass. trump then massively claims Senate finds him INNOCENT of witch hunt charges.

The real worry: if Trump is removed from office without being taken off the air, he'll convince his minions that this is all the Democrats' fault. Never mind that Trump really is a crook.
