why drumpf is at 46% in the latest Gallup poll....

Did Hitler ever become unpopular among Germans before he took his own life? I mean the general population.

Only polls once a month now. That poll was taken right as Barr’s libelous account of the Mueller Report’s findings was being released.
There are other well respected national polling organizations that have Trump at 39% (Reuters/Ipsos) and 41% (YouGov).
There is always a range of polling data, never rely on just one poll’s data.
