documents contains a coded warning when he says he has confidence that Barr realizes the sensitivity of blah blah, BUT, unfortunately, hardly a warning couched as such.
Instead he says he is sure Barr respects national security concerns.
I wish he and other IC, including our foreign counterparts, would make a real protest. Not so far.
